The vision of the Association LEADERS WITHOUT BORDERS Skopje is to build a society where young people actively contribute to the development of human potential, becoming influential leaders who inspire positive changes and innovations without boundaries.

The Association LEADERS WITHOUT BORDERS Skopje is a leader in encouraging young people to realize their potential through inclusive programs that promote leadership, collaboration, and active participation in the community.
GOALS&ACTIVITIES
The Association LEADERS WITHOUT BORDERS Skopje will strive to achieve its mission through the following goals:
- Promoting and valuing digital skills and technological innovations as key tools for youth development and their successful integration into modern society.
- Continuously monitoring the latest trends in leadership and personal development to improve training programs and encourage youth participation.
- Researching the current needs and conditions of young people, as well as potential collaborators, to ensure full support and appropriate solutions within the activities of the Association.
- Developing and implementing innovative and applicable solutions that align with the vision and mission of the Association to foster youth development and leadership.
- Advocating and implementing progressive initiatives for socio-economic development and cultural interaction, with a focus on youth and their role in the community.
- Encouraging and creating partnerships with domestic and international organizations and institutions that share similar goals and tasks, to strengthen collective efforts and achieve meaningful social changes.
The Association LEADERS WITHOUT BORDERS Skopje will achieve its goals through the following activities:
1. Digital Workshops, Technology, and Innovation
- Digital Skills Training: Training for basic and advanced digital skills, including coding, graphic design, and digital
- Virtual Innovation Labs: Encouraging creative thinking and innovation through virtual platforms and
- Hackathons and Tech Competitions: Organizing events where young people can work on innovative solutions for real-world problems using technology.
- Online Collaboration Platform: Developing a platform that enables the sharing of knowledge and resources, as well as networking among youth from different backgrounds.
